Description
While the 2025 Diamond League season is now in full swing, I’ve got a special episode for you — recorded a few months back, when I was in Brussels for the 2024 Diamond League Final.
My guest is Bram Som, the 2006 European champion in the 800 meters — that was in Gothenburg, Sweden. After his career as an athlete, Bram became a pacemaker, then helped develop the wavelight system, and today, he's the CEO of Wavelight Technologies.
If you’ve ever wondered how many lights make up a wavelight, what the different colors actually mean, how it changes things for pacers, or how you can use it in training — this one’s for you.
You’re currently listening to the original episode in English, but for anyone who feels more comfortable in French, there’s also a dubbed version available in the podcast feed.
Enjoy!
