Description

Oliver Burkeman is a journalist and an author.

As a journalist, he wrote a long-running column for the Guardian called “This Column Will Change Your Life”, where he explored the subjects of productivity, mortality and the power of limits.

He is the author of many books, including “The antidote: happiness for people who can’t stand positive thinking” and “4000 weeks: time management for mortals” in which he uses his research in the fields of Taoism, Stoicism and psychology to explore the subject of time and how we use it.

He also writes a twice-monthly newsletter called “The imperfectionist”, which I highly recommend signing up for.

You can find him online at oliverburkeman.com
