🔍 "Nuclear weapons and alliances in the new strategic context" : an analysis of contemporary nuclear challenges and their impact on military alliances, by a recognized specialist in deterrence and NATO security policy.
🎯 Specialized expertise: Analyst in PISM's International Security Programme, one of the most influential think tanks in Central and Eastern Europe, Artur Kacprzyk focuses on NATO deterrence and defense policy, nuclear strategy, arms control and disarmament.
A University of Warsaw graduate in International Relations, he participates in several international collaborative research projects and is a member of the European Leadership Network. His research notably covers US security policy in Europe and nuclear and conventional deterrence.
