Description

Hayley WALKER is a professor of international negotiation at IÉSEG where she teaches courses on interpersonal negotiation. Her research on the Danish and French Presidencies was published last year in International Studies Quarterly. Alongside her academic work, she is also a principal at the non-profit thinktank and consultancy Centre for Multilateral Negotiations (CeMuNe).

In this capacity, she has had the opportunity to participate, since COP21 in 2015, in the intergovernmental negotiations of the conferences of parties (COPs) and has accompanied governments in hosting the event and facilitating the debates.

Her insights are truly fundamentals to the reflection around a more transparent debate on geopolitical topics and governmental relationships.
