Gouri Mohan, after a few years as an HR Manager at Coca-Cola, went back to her first love – research. She is currently a Professor at IÉSEG and teaches leadership and international human resources.  
 
What if leadership was not a trait of personality but something that exists in relationships among people? If so, who is a leader? What is a leader?   

Leadership is expressed in the way we influence people, and is not present in all relationships we share, at all times. It's not a set nature of relationships. In that way, we are all leaders at some point, in some relationships, on some topics.  

We also go through some of the biases we have when we think of perfect leadership, associated with dominance or power; and through differences in the way we assess leadership in various cultures.
