Description
Charlotte's median home sold for about two percent less this July than a year ago, and there are more homes to choose from. Also today: City Council votes tonight on a 10 p.m. curfew for everyone under 18; the CMS board starts its superintendent search while the state auditor and SBI look into district finances; the Panthers lose 21β18 in Cleveland but stay tied atop the NFC South; and Guard & Grace, a Michelin-recommended steakhouse, opens Wednesday in South End.
