Kevin DuBrow was more than just the frontman of Quiet Riot; he was the heart and soul of the band, an electrifying performer whose powerful voice helped define the sound of 1980s heavy metal. Born on October 29, 1955, in Hollywood, California, DuBrow was drawn to music at an early age, idolizing legendary vocalists like Steve Marriott and Rod Stewart.
