Description

Today, we gonna talk about one of my favorite topic: Leadership

And there is no one better to talk about this than Laura Brown

Laura and I are friend, and we go way to back to our time at the Institut Français de la Mode

And from day 1, I have noticed her charisma and her capacity to lead people.

Along the year, she has been able to do so, in a large diversity of environment

Sometimes inside well-known companies, like the Parisian dept store: Le Printemps

But sometimes, in more entrepreneurial projets: like Ethipop, the first Parisian incubator / pop up store dedicated to brands with a deep focus on sustainability. And that was when nobody was talking about it

I wanted to take this moment to chat with Laura, because she is a practitioner. She is constantly working to become the best version of herself, to become the best leader possible, and also to transmit her knowledge to others through her books.

In this episode, you will learn about :

  • How to develop your leadership style
  • How to leverage uniqueness in people in order to built high performance teams
  • The ingredient to advance inside a company without compromising your values
  • The power of journaling to obtain clarity of thought
  • How to choose the battle worth fighting for

I also invite you to connect with Laura on LinkedIn and to go discover her first two books: “Branded”, which tells her journey in the fashion industry and “un jour j’irais en Afrique”, which is translate, One day I will go to Africa, a more personal book about self discovery.

And with no further ado, please enjoy this wide ranging conversation with miss Laura Brown
