Description

Today i have the pleasure to receive Ana Xenia ENE PIENESCU, founder of AXEP, a new type of accessory brand that “creates fine jewelry independent from the body”.

Each piece is elegant, sophisticated and in some way intellectual. Wish is really refreshing in the current context of fashion.

My advice: visit the website www.axep.co and check the instagram @axep.that

Ana Xenia is a seasoned leathergoods designer with experience at Margiela, Balenciaga and Loewe. She has also experimented different type of professional format. including freelancing for more than a year in China.

What I love about Ana Xenia is not only her extensive work experience among those household names, but her spirit and “joie de vivre”. All along our conversation, Ana Xenia, will share stories about how she built her impressive resume, how her heritage and education have play a role in the way she expresses her creativity and also what she has learnt along the way.

Among those key learnings, we can highlights:

  • The mindset that you need to acquire once you enter a fashion studio
  • How to keep an open mind regarding any professional experience that you might encounter
  • The way to built your expertise without loosing your joy and your spirit

I personally very much enjoyed this conversation. It reminded me why I love being surrounded with creatives. Every time I learn so much from their point of views and their capacity to shape the world around them.
