We can dream about cloth, accessories and glamour but at the end of the day, it’s the retail merchandiser that will decide what you gonna see at the store, in which quantity and in which color.

Isabela will guide us in the reality of our industry, explain to su what the role of retail merchandiser really is and how you can turn numbers into insight.

As you will see, Isabela, despite her young age, is a mature professional with a strong track record managing high volumes of data and numbers. What also make her story so interesting is that she didn’t start her career in fashion but in finance and by the end of this episode we end up doing a quick coaching session on how to define your next professional experience when you have different options.
