En los dos últimos años, sin la habitual afluencia de turismo, se están abriendo otras vías de ingresos y exploración, y todas las miradas están puestas en la tierra y no en el mar de la misma manera. Hay nuevas ideas sobre la mesa, surgen nuevos proyectos de agricultura regenerativa y, con ellos, una gran atención a la forma en que producimos nuestros alimentos, y cómo esto podría convertirse en una forma de impactar positivamente en la crisis del cambio climático, pero también recuperar el poder de las grandes corporaciones y mantener nuestra soberanía alimentaria firmemente en la vanguardia de lo que es importante.

Gabrielle Gambina, es la coordinadora de Ibiza Produce, también es chef y consultora ayurvédica, y su deseo es cerrar esta brecha entre los creadores de alimentos y los agricultores locales y los restaurantes que compran sus productos. En el episodio de hoy habla con Jo Youle sobre cómo cree que los agricultores son incomprendidos y por qué cree que era necesaria una solución para suavizar el encuentro entre ambos para que puedan apoyarse mutuamente.
