Originally built by Jasper Jax and named in honor of his fiance Courtney Matthews. The hotel soon becomes the home of many other businesses in Port Charles as well as the location of several crimes including shootouts and hostage situations. Plus it has been the site for many celebrations such as weddings and the Nurses Ball.
