Lucky Spencer returned to Port Charles to help save his sister Lulu, who was struggling with liver failure. During this time, he reconnected with his family, including his son Aiden, and most importantly, with Elizabeth. As they worked together to support Lulu, investigate threats, and care for their loved ones, Lucky and Elizabeth revisited their past, shared their feelings, and discussed possibilities for the future. Despite their strong bond and renewed romance, their different needs and paths made it clear they could not stay together, and Lucky ultimately left town with Aiden, leaving their love intact but apart.
