Description
“I forgive you.”
Those three words can be incredibly difficult to say.
There have been many moments in my life when forgiveness felt almost impossible. Maybe you’ve experienced that too. When someone has hurt us deeply, the idea of forgiving them can feel overwhelming.
But over time, I began to realize something important: forgiveness isn’t just something we are commanded to do—it’s something that can bring real freedom into our lives.
In this minisode, I share part of my personal journey through healing and forgiveness. One of the most meaningful steps in that journey was learning to say the words “I forgive you” to my parents.
That moment didn’t erase the past, but it changed how I carried it. Forgiveness began to release the weight of pain I had been holding onto for years.
If you’re in a place where forgiveness feels difficult—or if you’re longing to hear someone say those words to you—I hope this reflection encourages you to take a step toward healing.
Sometimes forgiveness becomes the key that unlocks the door to a new future.
