In this extract Arlina Cai, NYC based artist, explains how she manages to concentrate and get into a creative flow even in the heart of a busy city.

About this episode :

Today, my guest is Arlina Cai. Arlina is a Brooklyn based artist, doing abstract, meditative and poetic paintings.
She welcomed me in her studio which is a little nest of peace and creativity in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn.
Together, we talked about the sweetness of art and everything it brings to our lives like : how  it impacts our moods and how it brings peace in intense environments especially in a big city like NY.

We also talked about her journey to become a full time artist : when is the right time to take the leap of faith ? How to trust in yourself and the process. I am sure that the subjects we tackle will resonate with many artists and creative entrepreneurs.

Arlina encourages us to dream big and listen to what's calling us deep down to embrace a career close to our authentic selves.
