In 1990 Donruss released its largest collection of baseball cards ever, containing 716 cards. The 1990 set was ladened with printing texts and errors, it has many error versions and corrected error versions. It contained All-Stars, Bonus Most Valuable Players, checklists, Diamond Kings, Grand Slammers, and Rated Rookies. The Donruss 1990 set of cards is easily recognizable because of their red borders.

With baseball season right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to look at some of the most valuable 1990 Donruss baseball cards in the world. When I say that they are some of the best — I mean they were the most expensive. Not to mention these cards are considered valuable over two decades after they were created!
