And I'm joined on Leading with Integrity this week by Clay Moffat, author of the Trust Trap, to talk about this question (and hopefully find an answer).
Clay explains the concept of trust, its dynamics in relationships, why we tend to misunderstand what it is, how it works, and how it is influenced by childhood experiences and our emotional intelligence. He introduces the idea of the 'trust trap' and our conversation also touches on the importance of leadership in fostering trust.
