This week, I'm joined by Denzil Eden, founder of Smarty.ai. We'll be talking tech and the role AI has to play in our workplace today and our careers tomorrow, a.k.a. the future of work! Denzil shares insights from her Founder's journey, beginning with answering the question "What would you work on if you could only do one thing for the rest of your life?", a difficult few years in the early life of her company, and the many leadership lessons earned along the way; including why micro-management doesn't work, and what you should do instead.. Denzil also speaks about her experiences as a female tech founder and how that has changed her perspective on diversity in the industry.
