Today, we’re featuring a conversation with the genuinely inspirational Yousseff Mogawer. Yousseff is a certified ASD life coach from the Middle East and has spent a considerable amount of his life in Kuwait. Yousseff has a unique perspective to share as he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Level One while pursuing a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of Oslo. After his diagnosis, he developed a greater degree of self-awareness that has shaped his personal growth journey. Now, focusing his life on providing both academic knowledge and personal experiences in coaching, Yousseff assists others with similar experiences to navigate the hurdles of life.

Youssef Mogawer, a Kuwaiti citizen, embarked on a journey of self-discovery during his Master’s degree at the University of Oslo, where his research focused on autism spectrum disorder. A series of difficulties with the program led him to consult with a doctor, ultimately resulting in a diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome, or Autism Spectrum Disorder Level One. This diagnosis encouraged Youssef to reassess his life, his actions, and his goals with newfound clarity. He devoted himself to greater self-awareness and introspection, which he firmly believes is key to making decisions in our best interest. This transformative period in his life, marked by struggle, change, and growth, sparked an unyielding desire in Youssef to help others navigate their unique journeys. He saw coaching as a collaborative endeavor and offered his own learning experiences to aid others.,Born in Kuwait, Youssef Mogawer’s life took a significant turn towards self-understanding and personal growth during his Master’s degree studies in Norway. He faced significant struggles during his program, leading him to seek medical assistance. His subsequent diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder Level One not only shed light on his difficulties but also offered him a new perspective on his life. He was able to comprehend his needs better, redefine his actions, and pivot his life towards a newfound mission: to help others. He realized that his strength lies in his ability to listen, understand, and make others feel appreciated. He felt the power of acceptance from his supportive mother and sister, further motivating him to accept and love himself. This marked the beginning of his journey as an ASD life coach, where he could use his experiences, knowledge, and insights to aid others.
