Heidi Small is the creator and the producer of Beyond the plate. In her show, she meets Montreal’s chefs and asks them to cook for her. Heidi is not afraid to demonstrate confidence and passion (killjoy would say flirt!) to the helpless guests.

When she asked us to be part of our guest, we were the powerless ones. But we thought it would be nice to add a glamorous touch to our podcast.
