- Speaker #0
Hello, how are you doing?
- Speaker #1
I'm doing well. I'm really happy to have you here in this experience today.
- Speaker #0
Yeah, exactly. So, thank you. So, we are actually in Guasimo, in Costa Rica. So, you do a lot of things that are linked to nature, but we're going to talk a little bit about that. But let's start from the beginning. What are you doing exactly in life?
- Speaker #1
Gonna start deep, right? Well, right now I am... Part of El Soto, which is a hotel and a biological fuel station. What I do there is I have some activities where I talk about the function of the planet. And I like to make people feel part of a process, which is nature.
- Speaker #0
Okay, so you are not only a guide.
- Speaker #1
Actually, I do everything because in the end, I got to be part of the kitchen. And I got to do basically everything to make. people immersed in experience is what I always say. It's not a service. It is also an immersion in nature to understand what we are.
- Speaker #0
Okay. And when people come to this, how do you say that? It's a park, a hotel, an ecological lodge?
- Speaker #1
So what happened is that we have a biological station. There are only nine in Costa Rica. And we have like the third one bigger size. So we have 800 hectares of wildlife. We take care of wild cats, tapirs, a bunch of species of birds. And actually the animal that you see less is human.
- Speaker #0
Yeah, exactly. Okay, so it's a family land.
- Speaker #1
It is a family land, yeah. I've been there for the last five years. Actually, it was in pandemic. Okay. So to tell you some about me, once pandemic came, I lost my job. I changed my life. I got back home and actually I spent five months in Osota. And it was the moment that I realized that we have lack of information of the place that we are from.
- Speaker #0
Okay. So you take the process of being... someone who really loves nature and we want to share. But why this purpose of share things?
- Speaker #1
I think that I realized that every human doesn't matter in the social class that you are. I think we all have trouble of understanding how to be alive in the system, trying to look for what to work and what to do once you grow up. I think everyone is having trouble with that. What I think is that we play a game that doesn't belong to the function of the planet. And this game is only taking our time and doesn't let us think in what we are. So what happens when you go deep in the planet history is that everything has a process. And we, as human beings... We are part of this process and in the chronological history, we can detect exactly when we start playing a game that is killing the planet. So the problem of our society is we don't know what we are as a process of nature and we don't know where we live as a beautiful, huge planet that is vibrating in life.
- Speaker #0
Okay, okay. So you were talking about games. So it's like you're, because you talk a lot in this morning about games and topics. And so for you, the way that we are living is not really the good way.
- Speaker #1
Yeah, one thing is that we forgot when we start playing the game. So that's why we have no any other option. And the game... It only matters in production of money and not in the stability of our planet and even our own species because if we check information of how the human is living right now, like I think we are in one of the most difficult times in human history, right?
- Speaker #0
Okay, okay. So, and you were talking about capitalism. like capitalism is literally killing us. Can you explain why?
- Speaker #1
Ah well, when we look for money history, we can understand that this strategy of control, it is based on power and egocentrism. And we need to remember when everything starts. And it's so fun because some people don't even remember that we changed our own calendar, which it was a long time ago, together with the moon cycle and how the earth works. in cycles, and we change it just for paid taxes. That was 2,025 years ago.
- Speaker #0
With César, Julio César.
- Speaker #1
All the wrong history, I think we forgot about it. And they just build the three edges of our own society, which is religion, politics, and economy. And if you see the news and you see the topic of most people, We all only talk about this because it's the only option to be alive, producing.
- Speaker #0
And this is what you are fighting like because now you are in the natural, in full nature. So now you fight against this capitalism.
- Speaker #1
What I think is we need to stop fighting. We have too much of worms and actually on this planet. We have only 119 countries and they all want to be rich. And that's why we don't stop fighting. What we need to take is the best of this system. I think the opportunity, the biggest opportunity that we have is to use our own technology. We need to separate technology to produce money and let's make technology to produce life.
- Speaker #0
Okay. And so it means like everything you're saying, it's like you're trying to create a new world. But why?
- Speaker #1
What if we think in something else? When we think about the game, the way that we play, it doesn't make sense because the goal should be to make every single human being happy and every single area of this planet. in harmony. Why we don't play with technology to create a dynamic life. And imagine if this technology can put in order all activities that humans need to do to create everything that we need. And if we look for how many we produce, it is just crazy. You know how many cars there are already in the planet? More than humans. And we can go... through every single topic like clothes, food, how many houses, and we already have more than how many people we have. So I think our problem is that we don't know how to share and we should be collaborating. It's better to keep a system that helps humans to create a better life. We need to stop this competition of looking for richness. I think being rich is to understand how the planet works and let's use that information to create a better life.
- Speaker #0
Okay. And you were saying also that if you just quit everything and go into a little community lost in the jungle, it's like cheating. Like you're not helping others. And why for you just create a little community and do not connect with others is not good.
- Speaker #1
It is another way of egocentrism. Think that you're going to be separate and think that you don't want to care about nothing else and nobody else is also bad. Why, if we are the only species that is able to understand our own history and our own planet, I think we need to get together as a community. What if we all work for the same purpose? The purpose should be to make every single human and every single area in harmony.
- Speaker #0
Yeah, but how do you do that?
- Speaker #1
I think the first stage or the first step to do this is that we need all, we need to understand, I call this the universal context. When we look for our own history, we can detect the game. And that's how we can... do a reconfiguration. It is hard because We think that the only way to change the world is with more money, which is quite crazy because a digital number in a system doesn't have any value in how the planet works. So what I think is first, let's understand the game and let's stop it because it's killing us. It's basically killing the planet. And every day we're going deep in. situation that if we don't wake up, maybe we will destroy the only planet with life.
- Speaker #0
Okay.
- Speaker #1
I think the change, sorry for interrupting you, but I think the change is not difficult. It is logical.
- Speaker #0
Okay. Logical to change. All right. And what's your link with spirituality? Because it's like you're talking like a rasta, literally.
- Speaker #1
Like a hippie. Yeah,
- Speaker #0
or EP.
- Speaker #1
Yeah, yeah. So some people like to use the word belief. So that's why people believe in religions or vibration or energy or cosmos. But getting back in the same idea of understanding our own history, we can detect every single topic. in the beginning of all this chronological history, we can see that everything was made by time and biological chemical process. It means that we are from energy. So, think that we are from a religious that is only on this planet 2,000 years is not logical. But thinking that we are from the energy that has created the universe, the universe, the planet, and our own species, it is the right thing because we can experience nature. Nature is life. And we are part of this process. So what I believe is in a natural process. We are part of this.
- Speaker #0
Okay. And this is why you were talking also about mycelium.
- Speaker #1
Yeah, big topic. I invite everyone. to go talk to Chad GPT and just ask him what mycelium is. It's basically just a mushroom network that is underground and it connects every area, every animal, everything that is alive. That's why we can understand how things work. For example, I always like to do this example about who invents technology. for boats to know how deep is the ground in water. And that invention is from dolphins. That's how dolphins work with a natural system. And also Wi-Fi. We believe in Wi-Fi, but we don't believe in our own energy, which is weird because basically works pretty similar. I think that's why... We also have trouble in understanding our own purpose because we look for something that is not real instead of putting attention into ourselves. We need to understand inside of us first, change, and then we can change out of us, our own world, people that is around.
- Speaker #0
And do you want to create a book about everything you're saying?
- Speaker #1
A movie.
- Speaker #0
or
- Speaker #1
I think it's better. Yeah,
- Speaker #0
that's true because you told me that you are working on it.
- Speaker #1
Yes. I think I'm doing a lot of effort for the last 10 years because this topic pushed me to keep looking for more information of how our own society got together to the point that I think that it's going to be a good idea to show new stage, new era. Let's imagine that a professor is talking to a group of students and they are going through the universal context. It means they are learning about the universe, the planet, and the human history. But they are talking about this as something that already is past and capitalism is gone. And in this present... where the professor is with the students, they already have a new calendar, which is working with the cosmos and how the planet... function and human is in the next level where they all take care. So this system does the logistic of activities and all human is part of the activities to make possible that everyone has everything that they need. And how the value of people is, is because the system can detect how much you want to give to everyone. The goal of this system is to try to make you give your best, your best version. So that's real value because for me, it doesn't matter how much money you have in the bank. For me, it matters how much you want people to be happy and how beautiful you want to see our own planet.
- Speaker #0
So this is the system you want to create.
- Speaker #1
Let's change the... planet, I think. What if we just all get together and we change this? It's crazy that we live in normal life knowing that countries are fighting against each other, people is with hunger. Why? If we produce so much food, so much cars, so much everything, we invent money every day and it's not the solution. The solution of our problem is first to understand where we live, to collaborate, to create a better system, and to share what our planet has for us free. Everything that we need, your shoes, well, my shoes, you don't have shoes. Technology, a car, every single material that we have, it is from our planet. And it's from a free process that if we all together work, maybe we all can share what is from the planet. I think it's a good idea.
- Speaker #0
Okay, good. How will you manage to create a system like that?
- Speaker #1
It depends on every single human because the system needs all of us. We need to work together. And that's the only way because I think part of the problem is this competition. And I think the right way to call it is individualism. We are separate. And it is so intense that there's people, there are people that they even can be grateful of having food in their own table, even that they know that the neighbor doesn't have food for them. And we need to first go against egocentrism. We need to get together. Let's work all together. Let's create this system. And now humanity can be involved in the same gold, taking care of our own species and taking care of our own planet. That's better than be looking for money to see if I can get the better car or better house. I'm out of the game.
- Speaker #0
Okay. So what you're talking is like two... achieve the system, your goal in this is to just talk about it. Like, because it's like for what we are living, an utopia, literally.
- Speaker #1
It is.
- Speaker #0
Yeah. So you are like trying to share this kind of system to put a seed on mind of people.
- Speaker #1
Yeah, for sure. I don't have resources because we're still in the game. And the only way to create a system and to have people working for me is having money. And it's been really hard to be alive in this system, to be honest. And I think everyone out there is having trouble. Even the rich people and the poor people, all of them are having trouble because make money every day, it is not a stop game. So when is enough? That's the question. So I think to change the planet, I don't need half of a coin. I don't need any dollar. I think what I need is to share that we need to understand our own planet, create a system, and now let's play a better game. I think we all can fit in something that our own system needs to make people have everything that we want. Because in the end, you want a car. You want a house. You want clothes, you want money to travel around, you want to look and to get to know every single area of this planet. We all want that. We need to work for somebody that wants the same than you. So why we don't just create a system like a game?
- Speaker #0
Always a game. But why a game?
- Speaker #1
Because we already play one that is not nice. So let's make it better.
- Speaker #0
A better game.
- Speaker #1
A better game.
- Speaker #0
So you also have a YouTube channel and you share videos. But these videos are about what you're talking or about other things?
- Speaker #1
Well, I invite everyone to check out my YouTube channel, Planeta Sota. I tell you the truth. In the beginning, I was showing how beautiful it is our planet, but then it was not making sense for me of why I want to show a tree of a frog that is dying. Because... What is crazy is that more than 27 species are dying every day because we are losing conditions in specific areas of the planet. That should be an alert because it means that we are in this small edge where if we lose conditions, we die. And this is not new for our planet. This planet has passed. by four massive extinctions. And this planet knows how perfectly restart and create life. That's what this planet does. So if we don't fix the problem, the planet will fix it. And we won't be able to be alive.
- Speaker #0
Okay. And so this is what you're talking about in this YouTube channel.
- Speaker #1
My new video, actually the name is... The change is not difficult, it is logical. It talks about, for the first time, that the problem is basically the system, capitalism. The game is not right. And in history, for the last 2025 years, we can see that this system has no idea what or how to control human life. We are just destroying the planet. So my new video is going to be a podcast where I put together a biological influencer. No, the right way it is, biologo. Biologo is? Biologist. Biologist, yeah. So I put together a biologist from Mexico and a political history professor of math, actually. I talked to them of development. Why development? We needed to be alive in economy, but why is killing our planet? That's the topic of my next podcast. Hopefully, I will done with the movie. And I will try to keep talking about this because, like I normally says, I don't want to stop until see every human and every area in harmony. That's how we should be living.
- Speaker #0
That's your all. point.
- Speaker #1
Yeah.
- Speaker #0
Okay. Okay. And when I search about Costa Rica, it says that Costa Rica is one of the most ecological part of the world. Do you think this is true?
- Speaker #1
Nice topic. It's really good marketing what you see out of Costa Rica because it's nice. We have a lot of nature, but being here inside of the country. I don't think we are really ecological.
- Speaker #0
Okay.
- Speaker #1
I think it starts from our education system. We should know more about our own animals and the species that we have around because it's what we have in abundance. Like you see life everywhere. Basically, we have like 8,000 species of trees and 4,000 species of plants. thousands of thousands of species of animals. So we should know about other animals around here. We are clean because we got good system of the municipalidades. They have these tractors and people cleaning around. But I still see people throwing garbage. And one of the most common views that you can see around is people throwing garbage from the bus. which is still culture that we need to change. So we are ecological, but we should be better. Like it should be a topic that we should handle more easily.
- Speaker #0
Okay, okay. the last topic so it's health because you told me a lot about i don't remember the name of scientist but you said that it's important and like you can literally live longer it's logical to live longer if you are healthy but the importance of eating it's capital for you there are things that you don't have to eat etc can you explain yeah yeah i think i can start from understanding that the system
- Speaker #1
the game, have created this phrase where they produce a problem to sell a solution, right? So part of why medicine now is so advanced, is really advanced that now most humans are sick, producing money, right? So I think this is start because we don't really know how to eat. We have lack of information of what our body needs. So I always recommend to check out videos of Frank Suarez. This guy used to do videos of metabolism. And he talks about human history, what we used to do when we were better humans, physically, right? So basically, there are four things that we need to take out of our diets. And actually, there's no diets. There are only two ways of eating. Good or bad? The good way is that we only need magnesium, potassium, and protein. So basically, we should be eating protein like fish, pork, beef, chicken, vegetables, egg, cheese.
- Speaker #0
You said that we don't have to eat rice, pasta.
- Speaker #1
So the bad things are rice, pasta, bread, and sugar. So basically, those are... Legal drugs.
- Speaker #0
And we literally eat this all day.
- Speaker #1
If you check every single culture, those are the main, the base of the meat. Like it is part of the culture of a lot of countries. So what happened is that when we check the history of sicknesses and when they start to become normal in our society, we will realize that we've been changed a lot of the genes of products like fruits, like rice. And those changes have become bad for us. So what happened is that the production of food is focused on production money and not production health for people, right? So if you take out the carbohidratos refinados, rice, bread, pasta, and sugar, you can live better. I invite everyone to check out this information because it's easy to look big changes, to see big changes in your body once you take out these four things.
- Speaker #0
Okay, in your life.
- Speaker #1
In your life.
- Speaker #0
Okay. And then last question, what do you want people remember of what you said in this podcast?
- Speaker #1
I think we are in a really nice moment where we can realize that human, it is the mirror of the universe. Because until now, there is species that can reflect or describe what life is. So I think we all need to be aware of what we are and the planet that we live. Because we can change and we can create a better game. That's for save the planet. And also, I think it's nice when you open your mind to get out of the box because there is a lot to learn. And this universe and this planet and our own history is beautiful. So I invite people to get in love with our own history because it's the only way to get better future.
- Speaker #0
Okay. So with those good words, thank you. It was really amazing, really interesting. So just check his YouTube channel, his Instagram account. Everything is in the description.
- Speaker #1
Zanetta Sota on YouTube. And you also can follow me in my personal Instagram that you guys have here below.
- Speaker #0
Exactly. Okay. So thank you again and ciao.
- Speaker #1
Ciao. Capitalism is going to be happy. We're like, oh no, what are you doing?
