Welcome to this 5th edition of the PhiLab Podcast
Today I'm speaking with Sue Griggs and Dana Preston who are both working with the WellBeing Project.
We tend to think that mental health is the gateway to a good life but there is more to it.
The Wellbeing Project is a collective that wants to show how important it is to balance all the aspects of health through policies to make change happen.

We will go through their method and philosophy to explore how the social change sector can improve in the field. Wellbeing is a process that is unique to the context and this should be the principal lens through which we analyze this issue.

Aujourd'hui, je parle avec Sue Griggs et Dana Preston qui travaillent toutes les deux pour le WellBeing Project.
Nous avons tendance à penser que la santé mentale est la porte d'entrée vers une bonne vie, mais ce n'est pas tout.
Le Wellbeing Project est un collectif qui veut montrer à quel point il est important d'équilibrer tous les aspects de la santé, quels soient physique, mental ou spirituel, à travers des politiques qui apportent des changements dans les pratiques d'une organisation.

Nous passerons en revue leur méthode et leur philosophie pour explorer comment le secteur du changement social peut améliorer ces pratiques sur le terrain. Le bien-être est un processus qui est unique à son contexte et cela devrait être la principal lunette d'analyse lorsque l'on cherche à l'améliorer.
