This expository sermon, concerning Christian growth, is based on the biblical text found in 2 Peter 1.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we got saved, and we never had to deal with our sin nature again? This is not going to happen. It's part of the spiritual warfare saved people go through.
However, 2 Peter 1 gives us the principles we need to have a fruitful life in Christ.
Each individual Christian must go through his or her own individual walk as we seek to add virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly kindness, and charity to our faith.
