Everything in the first five verses — the honey, the oil, the wormwood, the sword, the feet going down to death — all of it is in service to one objective: keeping this man from pondering the path of life. The strange woman isn't confused. She isn't wandering. She's the only one in the entire transaction who knows exactly how it ends. She has a map. He doesn't know there is one. And his ignorance? That's not an accident. His ignorance is a requirement.

Her ways are movable because she isn't loyal to any particular form — only to one objective. She doesn't need you to fall into outright sin. She just needs you too busy to stop and ask where the road ends.
