This expository sermon is based on 1 Corinthians 11:3

The head-covering doctrine that teaches women MUST have an additional covering on their head, besides their hair, is a fundamental doctrine that is based on non-conformity to the world.

However, this is a dangerous teaching and is a trap of the devil. Many women have become so distracted with head coverings that they've stopped (or never starter) witnessing to the lost.

The gospel, to many that are caught up in the head covering movement, becomes: look at what I wear on my head and look at how I dress. This is false gospel.

This sermon looks at God's order of headship and will show from the Bible that the man, Christ Jesus, prophesied with an additional covering on his head.

1 Corinthians 11:3 (KJV) But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
