This is Lesson 5 on our series on the Lord's Supper and serves to drive home the biblical point that as unworthy people, we should all be coming to the Lord's Supper looking to focus on the only worthy one, the Lord Jesus Christ.

When the Lord Jesus Christ died for us, He gave us HIS worth. The more you focus on the worth of Christ the less important you become.

Christian believers have been given invaluable & priceless worth in Christ. As a result, believers in Christ should come to the Lord's supper examining THEMSELVES, rather than others.

The last half of this sermon will explain the false doctrine of transubstantiation.

To do this we'll look at John 6 and get a Biblical understanding if Jesus was speaking literally or figuratively.

You'll quickly see from the Bible that Roman Catholic priests are performing a false miracle, by not discerning the Lord's body.
