In this special episode of Plant Based Coaches, the tables are turned as co-hosts Rob Lee and Dr. Suzanne Foxx interview their fellow host, Richard Hubbard. While Richard is known for his inspiring 150-pound weight loss and long-term success with a whole food, plant-based lifestyle, this conversation focuses on a more recent and personal struggle—his ongoing battle with a knee injury that has kept him from running for the past five years. Richard shares how the injury began, how it’s impacted his life, and the mental and emotional challenges of being sidelined from an activity he once loved. He talks candidly about the frustration of not having a clear diagnosis and the search for answers and healing. Though weight loss isn’t the focus of this episode, Richard’s story continues to inspire. You can read more about his plant-based transformation in his book, A Plant Based Journey to Health, available now on Amazon and at plantbasedrich.com (http://plantbasedrich.com). Whether you're dealing with a chronic injury or supporting someone who is, this episode is a reminder that the path to health is rarely linear—and that resilience matters just as much as results.
