In this episode of the Spiritual Teachers Podcast, Petr interviews Justin Charles Allman, author of Curiosity to Creation, speaker, and military veteran, about spiritual awakening, reclaiming personal power, meditation, conscious creation, intuition, and learning to trust your inner knowing.

Justin shares how his spiritual curiosity began at just seven years old, when he experienced a profound realization that there was something greater beyond himself. His journey later took him through addiction, abuse, domestic violence, military service, outside validation, and periods of feeling disconnected from his authentic self.

The conversation explores how Justin learned to stop looking outside himself for answers and instead give himself permission to trust his heart, follow his dreams, and stand in his own power.

A major theme of the episode is Justin's POD Formula — Permission, Opportunity, Discovery — a framework he developed for understanding how giving yourself permission can open unexpected opportunities that ultimately lead to self-discovery.

Justin explains how meditation gradually became part of his daily life, beginning with just five minutes a day and eventually developing into 45-minute to one-hour practices.

He also shares powerful experiences during walking meditation—including intense feelings of love, gratitude, joy, energetic sensations, and what he describes as moments where the ego dissolves and he feels connected to Source.

The conversation ultimately returns to one of Justin's central messages: give yourself permission to explore, follow the opportunities that appear, and discover who you really are.
