Olivier has lived 6 years in China and has interviewed consumers in this country for over 15 years. He is just back from a one-month business trip there, and wanted to share his analysis of the new mindset of consumers in a context of successful crisis. For him, one word sums it all: "hangover" due to a mix of exhaustion and lack of perspectives.
