In this first English episode, i talk about spiritual protection, discernment and quiet wisdom that comes with healing. About distance that is not rejection, about people who are drawn to brokenness, about solitude and the right to protect our peace.

This is not an episode about closing your heart. It’s about placing it where it is safe.
