This month we are joined by the Founder of Mentoring Circle; the initiative created to target the lack of talent retention and progression in the industry. The MC looks to support females into Senior Leadership positions, by pairing the next generation of leaders to the current leaders of today. 

From an Undergraduate in Music and teaching English in Slovakia, Vanessa has not had a linear route into the industry. Vanessa opens up about a number of forks in the road including; a ‘personality’ assessment, Easy Jet and to where she is now, at Stanhope. 

Speaking about good (and the not so good bosses), hear what's shaped Vanessa's later career, taking responsibility and her advice for ceasing a Board Level role.
