Today I'm joined by Elliot Hasoon. Elliot is an experienced online health and fitness coach and host of the Simply Fit Podcast. Elliot's journey with health and fitness begun over a decade ago where he set out on a mission to get in shape after being subconscious about his body as a teenager in school. Over the past 10 years, Elliot has gone from a young personal trainer to one of the most experienced online health and fitness coaches globally. He specialises in body transformations with a huge focus on long term sustainability and delivers those he works with the solution to get in shape and stay in shape for life too.
