Speaker #0This podcast is gonna be really shifting for you my queen. It's really important that we don't only talk about lash lift and technique. Yes it is important but I see so many great lash techs, lash artists, amazing technique. They do it but they're not making money. They're not having knowledge on cash and money. management of that. And that can kill your business, which kill your career. So one year ago, I had a download, a drop. It's the ideas that are mind blowing that pop in your head. And you're like, where is this coming from? I had that last year. And it was my purpose, my clear purpose. And I had it drop as this. Bring you. 100 lash lift x to 100k in salary per year go to that goal and I share it to my mentor and she was like going crazy she's like Jesus Lord I got shiver can you feel the energy of that and I start sharing that idea of talking about how to make sex figure per year and I felt a lot of judgment friction, a lot of people going against that vision, saying it's impossible, you need to slave yourself, you're going to have to work crazy hours, this is not healthy, and all those barriers. And I was watching that and I was like, ah, mm-hmm, that's why some people are not doing it. They could. It's because they don't believe. They don't believe in it. And if you don't believe in it, well, queen, let me tell you, it's not going to happen. That's for sure. I have a three-step vision in my mind that is one of the piece of the puzzle to become successful in having 100k. And one of them is believe. You need to believe first. You need to believe before you get a client, before you get $1, before anything happens. It comes from the faith. It comes from the hope. Believe. If you don't believe, why would it come for you? And sometimes we do believe, but it's like a hidden secret inside of us. We believe, but we don't think we should believe. And I'm the one knocking at your door, telling you. Time to believe, my queen. And some, they already believe. They're already there. And I'm talking to you too. The next step, so that's belief. Then the next step is actions. You need to do action. You know, you have no idea if you're going to get results. You have no idea of the impact of that action. Sometimes we think we don't do those actions because we're scared to do it. Because we're like, oh, no, I'm going to look stupid. Oh, no, it's not going to work. How it's going to, like, I'm going to fail. Well, do that. Do actions. I do so many actions that sometimes they bring results. But sometimes the result is not only instant result. Sometimes we forgot that the results going to bring or the impact is going to bring is going to be long term later on. So think that your actions are never lose. First of all, you learn for yourself. This is actually a win. Even if it looks like a failure, you just won by experience. And experience is something that's going to bring you to the six figure. It's something that does bring you to grow. But in order to have the experience, you need to bring the actions. So actions is important. Then it's the hold. and the hold is the void part is the most hard part is the part when you doubt when you're not sure it's gonna work when you become insecure and those void time are things that happen in every sphere of your life it can be in relationship you just broke up with someone and you don't know what's going to happen are you going to stay single forever are you going to have a new boyfriend tomorrow are you going to meet the man of your life or you're going to get another boy who knows that's a void and we have it professionally too especially when you launch something always people gonna trust me people gonna buy people gonna get my service Am I going to get appointments? Am I going to get clients? All of that is a void. And that's the hold part. You need to hold. You need to trust. You need to keep believing in yourself. And you need to keep doing actions. Nothing's going to happen if you sit on your ass and wait. You need to keep ongoing action until it works. And that's a big piece for a lot of successful people. You always hear those stories that... It was everything was against the odds and everything was going against them. They keep on going and they succeed. I started Lash Extensions 12 years ago. I was 19 and it took six months to have my first client, to have my first yes. And a lot of people, so a lot of people told me no in between. And I had all the right to doubt so much then to quit. And thanks God I didn't quit. Because I would have made that six figures in service and that now multi-millions in my Lash Lift brand. But I started with six months of zero, F no. So when I have students, I always tell them, Queen, now you finish your training, be realistic. You're not going to have a lineup in front of your door tomorrow. You're going to have to show up to talk about it. And me, when I started, I didn't have social media. My parents didn't allow me because I was doing that in their basement. So for the first few years, it was only word of mouth. So I had to be really strong, really worn in my technique, good in customer experience and management. I had to kill it and I had to learn. I was doing all the trainings in the world. Social media didn't exist. So social media is pretty cool. That's a new thing. you still have word of mouth but social media is like an expansion so please use it have fun show up be creative this is an amazing space for you to shine bright as you are you don't need to always look at the algorithm or what other people are doing you can do it but your true alignment your true self is the way on social media always sometimes i post things at random time and i get some viral content At times that you should never bounce on the algorithm. So do your queen and go with your intuition. That's always your best. So let's come back to the void, the hold. Important, keep holding. And for sure, when you hold and you keep being the action, you're going to get the result. And that's the last part. It's receive. You will receive clients. You will receive money. you will receive the valorization that is to have those clients. And sometimes we forgot how powerful you are as a lash tech. You are a shining bright diamond for your clients. It's beyond the lashes. Lashes are something that is tangible. You know, you provide lashes so they don't need a mascara. It's waterproof. They love it. That's tangible aspect that you offer in your service. But there's also an intangible part, which is your energy, your influence. You are leading. You are supporting. You are guiding. A psychologist session or the lash session because they come to you. I have so much fun getting to know my lash clients. I don't do service anymore as before. and i do miss those moments where we could talk about ghost stories or what happened with that guy for me it was having my clients was a like reality tv show and i was always so exciting to heard about them and to support them and being there being their last shift they're on their side and shining bright them and say like you got this queen i had so many clients Leaving a job, asking for a ride, you know, texting or not texting back that guy, like anything. This is so fun. And this is your impact, queen. So remember that. So is the 100k per year achievable? And I'm telling you, there's already a lot of people doing it. More than you think. They just don't say. People don't share their salary. It's like a hidden thing, like secret. We cannot share about it, especially where I come from. French Canada, Quebec, making money, showing up money is really not something that is really praised, really well seen. A lot of media go against successful people where I come from and they go hating. And when I was young, and it's maybe... till today the thinking is that if you see someone with a Ferrari What do you think? What's the source of that money? There was three options only. First, he's scamming people. So he's making money out of the back of others. Second, he won at the lottery. So he's just lucky. And lastly, he's the son of a rich family. So for sure, he has the money. And then when I was really young, I was like, well, you know, I'm curious. What's that? person owning a fairy story. And I become really curious, more than judgmental. So there's a lot of predisposition against money is the devil, money is bad. Actually, money is an expansion of who you are. And money goes to the people who believe. I'm not saying that only good people get money. Bad people gets money too. We already know that. But what's the correlation between those two people? They freaking believe. They go for their dreams. They go for it. Powerful, I know. Belief is the first pillar of 100K success. And that's a piece of the puzzle. We're not even talking about how you must know your numbers. You must know the financials. you must understand the concept of spending money. Is it a spending? Is it expenses? Or versus, is it an investment? This is really important. And this is a concept that I'm really happy that I got from when I started. Because 12 years ago, I started Lashes. And then two years later, I saw that a girl from Toronto won a championship in Lashes. And I was like, How did she won compared to many others who did not? What she's doing? What's her mindset? What does she eat? And I was still in the negative. I didn't make any dollar profit because I was putting so much money into like learning and starting my business. So I didn't make $1 profit yet. And it was two years after that. And I was like, she was offering her training for $2,000. And I was like so obsessed. I was like, I need to learn. I need to learn from her. I need to go. So I pay her $200, but I really didn't have much money. So the only way I could go was to give all that money to her. And then I was like, okay, I need to, can I fly from Montreal to Toronto? But no, I couldn't fly. I couldn't pay for that. I had to pay a $20 night bus. that I paid in advance and it was night so super uncomfortable but I will save you know what a night at the hotel so during the night that I came for the training I was in the bus sleeping to save hotel price so then I went there two days training and my hotel I couldn't pay for a hotel I had to find the cheapest thing I found it was during the summer so it was a university residence dorm. The room was disgusting and small and everything, but $20, perfect. So the cost, you know, the cost of that was $40. I had $40 expense for $2,000 investment. It was an investment because I came back with better knowledge than my area and I knew how to do volume. Well, I was one of the first of doing volume elastic extensions and I was doing it in the natural way, shorter length. So I really differentiated myself pretty fast. And that's because I knew what's an investment. And investments are always, well, you know what I mean, not always great, but you know, it's a risk. But I was like, I'm going to keep on going no matter what. And I didn't even start with lashes in the industry, in the beauty industry. I started with nails and I was so bad, I quit pretty quick. I knew it was not meant for me so I did lost probably two three thousand dollars and I did I stopped no I kept on going with lashes and I've done many trainings that didn't come true didn't bring me anything but when you find that training or that service that works for you and that brings you high like lash lift oh my god thanks freaking god I've done it you Thanks, I went to all those failures before to get it, because once you get it, it's amazing. And it's the same for dating. You all have those bad dates happening, and then you have that amazing, wonderful dates, and it's kind of canceling. all the bad one, because they were part of the process of evolution and learning. So this is it, my queen. And so I was really surprised when I started claiming that I will bring 100 lash texts to 100k and a lot of people did not believe in me. And then I was like, okay, I need to show up. I need to find those queens who are making 100k. So I started posting around Facebook group that I'm looking for those queens. So I've been looking into those posts and it's done such a polemic of people arguing, people saying it's not possible. But what I love is I saw those queen doing that salary, doing that money, showing up too. It's possible. I've done it. I've done it. And I didn't slave myself and I didn't lose my health around it. Like that's not the goal. If you're doing 100K per year and you have no life, your body hurts everywhere, you don't work out, you don't have that healthy balance, like no, of course it's not worth it. We do want to reach that while having time. balance, family, friends, travel, all of it. You want all of it. I want all of it. And I got it all. I'm getting it all. I've been growing my business and I've always put time into my health, the people having great relationship around me, emotional support, spiritual growth, all that learning all the time. That's the goal. We want to rise and be good with ourselves. So when I shared that, it caused polemics. So I was like, oh, this is interesting. And I decided to launch my in-person event, which I've done six months ago. What a shift. So I was able to do the calculation to show how it is possible. And yes, you need to have weeks of vacation. You need to all of it. Like I'm not, it's doable and it's balanced. Like this is amazing. And during that event, the shift of the queen that happened, like the energy, I had queens the same night increasing their price by 50%. And when I say 50%, they were charging $75 lash lift and then they changed to $150. And the queen, she's such a badass. She's called Jessica. She actually started maybe a year ago. Not that long. She's new. And she told me she lost zero clients. Wow, that's amazing. I have some people cried during the event because I always put some healing meditation stuff. I put some other like sphere of growth, not only about techniques, not only talking about money. There's other stuff. And I put it and had queens crying because they met their higher self. And that was a shifting. So this room, this day was mind blowing. And it was six months ago. So I decided to do it again. But instead of being only me and my healer on stage, I decided that the one I'm doing next in 2025 is going to be with other 100K earners. And when I say 100K, I mean... people doing only services not education or distribution because if they have that kind of business it's even more you can do a way much more like we already know that's that's the next step but first we want to be solid on services and make the money and i've just done a live and it was so powerful it wasn't french people went crazy banana i launched my pre-sale for my lash cash 20 25 events event in Montreal is going to be a conference day with Amazing Queen. We're going to raise the bar to the roof. I'm so excited. And there's already Queen taking tickets. This is crazy. Because we need to know the story of those women. Who are they? What do they eat? What do they do? Is there some correlation between them? Is there something that are abnormal? Some people have, they all have different history, but there's some correlation, common points. and I'm obsessed in finding those to be understand. And this is something I've always been obsessed because Ten years ago, when I started, there was two girls in Montreal that were stretching way more than the others. And I reached both of them, telling them, hey, I'm amazed by your price. How do you do it? What's your secret sauce? How do you charge so much? Jesus, Lord, why your full book? I want to learn. And that's been my mentality until I was one of the... most charging in Montreal I was the one fully booked I was the one with a waitlist client and then I started training and then the distribution started around that because it was really an organic natural growth of just wanting to help other women and then they were just asking can you train me what's your products why are you charging so much you know all of that so 100k for sure there's many things that are important to reach that. And it's not about really the amount because someone called me, why are you obsessed with 100K? And I was like, I want something that is big enough, that is tangible because people want, sometimes they relate more to the tangible stuff. So I was like, I want a number that is tangible, that is reachable, but I know it's not going to be everyone. I don't want it to be easy. I don't want it to be but too dreamy, too out of reach. 100k is totally doable, but not everyone's going to be able to do it. Let's be clear on that. It needs a lot of work, dedication and time. So not everyone's going to do it, but I want to make sure and inspire that industry that it is possible. You choose lashes for a carrier. And let's be real. you choose lashes because you can make money if you tell me oh yeah i choose lashes but you know i'm not about the money hey bullshit man what are you here for you we were i mean if i wouldn't make money i would be out of the industry already you wouldn't hear about me i would be another thing because i need financial support to expand myself to grow and to have more impact in life that's our purpose on this earth to have an impact and to grow But you need to be supported in all sphere, emotionally, physically, healthy, mentally, relationship and connection and financially. So do claim that you're here to make money. Don't bullshit yourself. You're not here to work for free. You're not here to like benevolent. I don't know how to say it in English. But yes, you must give some time, your free time to help others. But. That's not your full-on job. Nobody can work on that, and especially women. It looks like because we're women, we need to give everything for free. We need to do discount and lower price because if not, we're evil bad bitches. No, you have power. You give lashes that are amazing, and you're also impacting the intangible of your client. You have that influence. You have that impact. You have the intuition you get when your client is asking for advice and stuff. This is bomb. This is liquid gold queen. You must go for it. 100K. Claim it. Just think about it. And Evan, Evan, if you don't reach it, but you're like at 90 or 80. You're not a failure because you're not a 100k. It's not like, oh, I'm doing a dollar less than 100k, so I'm a failure. It's not that. Each dollar that's coming in, be grateful. It's a growth, and it's part of the process. It took me years to make it at first, but that was a decade ago, and I hope you get it faster, but this is not an overnight success. So let's be clear about that. This is not a quick tip. There's nothing quick. It's all, oh. it's not dedication for a long period some people get it faster some people slower we all have a process that is individual to us to learn but there is cheat code so you better learn from people who are actually doing it who are making it already you want to learn from those people don't learn from that random person who always have an opinion but doesn't actually live it Listen from advices of people making it and surround yourself with people who are doing it. People who has goals like you. Right now, I'm in networking of. more women's doing millions so it's kind of normal to talk like that it's normal to talk about money it's normal to celebrate it's normal to be grateful it's normal to support each other to rise each other and the energy of being around those networking is really high like my mentors one of them just reached 88 millions in um you I think it's a decade of 12 years. That's a lot. But most of the millions have been in the last year. She's killing it. It's amazing. And she's showing me how, what's the mindset. I have another one that also super successful in events. And I want to do my events. I'm starting to do my events. So I hire her because she's successful in events. So she can guide me in having successful, impactful, life-changing, shifting events. I'm hiring people who knows and they did it. So they're telling me all the tricks, all the cheat code. So I'm doing it faster. So this is the same for lashes or for business, but for anything. You want the experts on everything. So this is just another tip. So 100k is possible. I know you believe in it. I know you're made for it because you're watching this podcast. So it's a process. Be patient. Be patient about it. Keep learning about it. I learn every day. It's been 12 years in that industry. I've been eight years doing lash lift. And every lash lift, I learn more. There's no top. There's no plateau. You're going to learn and you're going to grow. And it's infinite. And then after service, you can, you know, up-level your game. You can hire under lash lift techs to work with you. And you mentor them. Or you can become a trainer. or you can start having your own products it's unlimited it's beautiful it's amazing or you can keep doing service and just being become the ferrari of your service in your area and start doing the superstar in your area you know so many ways to evolve so this is my queen i just want to plant the seed that you can make money and have some queens that they're like I make way more than 100K.
