[Ed: Brother Philippe reads Judges 12:1 to 6…]. This evening, I want to talk about the subject: The impact of the blood. The men of Ephraim came up against Jephthah and against the men of Gilead and they said, We are your brothers and why did you go to fight against the Ammonites without us? For that, we are going to burn the house of Jephthah. Then Jephthah also revolted and he gathered his men to fight against Ephraim and when the Ephraimites were defeated, Gilead set ambushes for the survivors.
And when the fugitives of Ephraim wanted to pass, they were asked, I am going to read that in Judges 12:1 to 6, “And Gilead took the fords of the Jordan before Ephraim; and it came to pass that when the fugitives of Ephraim said, Let me go over, the men of Gilead said to him, Art thou an Ephraimite? And he said, No. Then they said to him: [if you are not Ephraimite, Say: Shibboleth]. But he said Sibboleth, because he did not manage to pronounce it rightly. Then they took him, and slaughtered him at the fords of the Jordan. And there fell at that time forty-two thousand men of Ephraim”. You see?
They know that an Ephraimite cannot pronounce “sh”. Then they said to him, “If you are not an Ephraimite, say, “Shibboleth”. But he said, “Sibboleth”. He made some efforts, he adjusted his mouth and his tongue to come up with the sound “Sh” but it was the sound “s” that came out of his mouth. There was a missing “h”! He even thought in himself having said, “Shibboleth” but the man of Gilead said to him, I have seen your identity papers on which it is written: Gileadite, born from a father and mother who are Gileadites. The city and the district of Gilead you say to be your city and your district do exist in Gilead and the names and the people you say to be your parents are indeed in Gilead but you have said, “Sibboleth”. Then he was taken and slaughtered at the fords of the Jordan.
If you have the blood of a son of Gilead in you and right from the breast, you have been brought up by an Ephraimite family, you will be able to pronounce: “Shibboleth”. And the Bible says that at that time forty-two thousand men of Ephraim died. What is it? It is blood impact on man! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].
In the beginning, we know that there was Adam and the serpent. And thus there were mixtures and graftings and hybridisations and so on as I showed it in the preaching on the passage of the children of the devil through the flood at the time of Noah. And not only the language but the skin colour and many other elements in every man! Elements that neither human efforts nor some science can change because that is in the blood and has been transmitted to us from generation to generation!
A young black girl will try to bleach her skin, she will use all kinds of cosmetic products and for some time she will tend towards the whiteness of the skin. But that will be nothing other than a conflict between the white skin that she tries to get and her own black skin which will
