Join us this week as we continue in 1 Corinthians, where Paul addresses the Corinthians’ division over human leaders and points them to a greater reality. Their focus on these divisions not only prevents them from growing closer to Christ but also hinders their ability to disciple others and advance the mission of the Kingdom. Discipleship is how God intends to use the church to push back darkness and fulfill His Kingdom purposes. The enemy, therefore, seeks to keep us distracted by unnecessary divisions. Paul not only confronts the root of their division but also lays out key discipleship truths that will protect them from further division and enable them to work together to make disciples and glorify Jesus.
