Welcome to the very first episode of Through the HurriKane. This show is about learning to dance through life’s fiercest storms, because I’ve lived through my share. Normally, I’ll be talking with guests about their journeys, but these first four episodes are different. We’re calling them the “Flip the Script” series, because before I ask the questions, I’m answering them. In this episode, my niece Lexi interviews me as I share my story for the first time. This isn’t about defending the past. It’s about moving forward, finding strength, and helping others know they’re not alone.
