Beatrice is the Executive Director of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons. ICAN happens to be the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize-winning campaign coalition working to prohibit and eliminate nuclear weapons.  

Originally from Gotebörg in Sweden, Beatrice moved to Geneva and joined ICAN in 2013. 

Over the years, she and her team have mobilized organizations and governments worldwide with one specific goal in mind : to create the first ever Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, leading towards the total elimination of nuclear weapons on earth.

On Instagram, Beatrice describes herself as and activist, feminist, antiracist and a believer in our ability to change the world.
