In this episode, we meet a wholesale specialist of the North American market, Mrs Ellen Scherer. Former consultant at the buying office Lambert+Associates, she was in charge for 15 years of the account Neiman Marcus Group.
Now, Ellen has decided to launch her own activity call Gray Matters. She explained us why and talk about the evolution of the buying offices facing the growth of instagram's influence.
