Following the migration of tens of thousands of Moroccans to the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in North Africa, Angela Shihua Yu (Radio WNE) interviews Artur Marin, a Spanish student from the Canary Islands, to discuss relations between Spain and Morocco and the issue of Western Sahara, which is increasingly seen as Moroccan.
