Bonjour, Nous sommes en direct du festival Douce amère, sur le domaine de La Galotière, en France, en Normandie, près d’une petite ville qui porte un nom d’un fromage très connu : Camembert. Aujourd’hui nous rencontrons le groupe Whispering Sons pour une interview. C’est un groupe post-punk belge. Leur musique sombre et puissante, ressemble à ces nuits de tempête. Bourrasque, courte accalmie puis déchainement des éléments. Leurs performances live sont émotionnellement très fortes et nous laisse exsangue tant l’émotion délivrée par la chanteuse Fenne Kuppens, et le reste du groupe est intense. Le cinéaste David Lynch pour évoquer ce genre d’émotion dirait ça m’a mit la tête en feu.

Hello, We're live from the Douce Amère festival, at the La Galotière estate in Normandy, France, near a small town named after a very famous cheese: Camembert. Today we're interviewing the band Whispering Sons. They're a Belgian post-punk band. Their dark and powerful music resembles those stormy nights. A gust of wind, a brief lull, and then the unleashing of the elements. Their live performances are emotionally powerful and leave us drained, as the emotion delivered by singer Fenne Kuppens and the rest of the band is so intense. Filmmaker David Lynch, when evoking this kind of emotion, would say, "It set my head on fire." Ah que l'art est belle! says hello or good evening and welcomes you before beginning the interview with the song "Alone" by the Whispering Sons.
