In this two part series, we interview owner of A. Rae Fitness, Ashlynn Jenkins, where we get to learn more about her background, upbringing, and story, and what lead her to do what she is doing now. Ashlynn has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, a Masters degree in Nutrition, and is now pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition. She has been in the fitness world for over 15 years and has a lot of hands on experience when it comes to dealing with chronic disease.
