Belco Euro Tour made a stop in Oslo, in the company of Oliver from Jacu Coffee Roasters. For the occasion, Oliver had travelled all the way from Ålesund, and it was in a coffee shop in the Norwegian capital, Pust, that we met to discuss the environmental and social issues that are shaking up the entire specialty coffee industry, from producer to consumer.
