"My entire life, I've been told I talk too much and I'm too social. And it was a complete shift, the assessment. Rather than thinking there was something wrong with me, all of a sudden this gave me permission to actually explore what I bring to the table."

From creating team agreements that shape culture before tensions arise, to building internal capacity so the work continues long after the consultant has left, Alicia brings a grounded, human approach to team dynamics.
