On June 23, 2016, the English voted by a narrow majority to leave the European Union: Brexit was no longer an idea but a reality which has just taken place 4 years after on December 31, 2020.

What is the impact of Brexit on the feeling of belonging to Europe? Do the English keep a European identity outside the European Union?
