Description

Why does Lucie Neumanova get up in the morning?

❌ To drink a coffee

❌ To complete her daily grind

✅ To help women (but not only women) develop professionally thanks to Femme Palette

🇨🇿 Lucie grew up in the Czech Republic in a farming family. Entrepreneurship was in her DNA, and it was natural that she decided to study economics and business.

👩‍💼 Thanks to her brilliant career path, Lucie began her career in tech in the prestigious Silicon Valley. In the United States, she discovered the power of mentoring. Surrounded by more experienced and caring people, she was able to make informed choices and calmly negotiate her salary.

The power of teamwork and sharing inspired Lucie and her co-founder to set up Femme Palette in 2018, alongside their jobs.

Femme Palette is a mentoring and coaching platform operating in three European countries (Czech Republic, Germany and the UK). The community was built on women coming together and now has over 1,200 members.

In this episode, we talked about the American dream, entrepreneurship and female leadership, Femme Palette and the little girl syndrome 🌟
