Florence started her professional experience spending 10 years in an international environment managing transversal project and value chains performance for Group Danone.

In 2005, Florence moved out from Group Danone to found with some partners a consulting agency dedicated to the transformation of organizations.

Convinced of the power of collaborative frames to boost the global performance of an organization, she founded in 2015 a new consulting agency, overthemoon, with a new team of partners.

She is a mother of 2 sons aged 17 and 11 and married to a more than wonderful husband.
