Description
In the cosmos of the world of jewelry, subjects are as various and diverse as the galaxies that gravitate together in the jewellery planetary system that GemGenève has built. GemGenève, which has become a cultural event, offers to theirs exhibitors and visitors a wide range of topics around jewelry and provide their knowledge on current affairs.
I've joined them all together, in one universe, the 7th season of the jewellery-themed podcast Il était une fois le bijou.
For the 1st time, Gemgeneve welcomes The Jewellery and Gemstone Association of Africa (JGAA).
In this episode Longo Mulaisho-Zinsner Founder explains why African jewelry design is important.
She explains how fostering African jewelry creation helps and accompanies women in their autonomy, the development of their freedom through their jewelry skills. And she explains how and why she became President of Strategy at both JGAA and Africa Jewellery Week.
JGAA provide mentoring and training opportunities to our membership in the areas of Jewellery Training, Jewellery Education, Gemstone Education and Africa Economic Development.
Longo Mulaisho-Zinsner, Founder & President of Strategy of JGAA, works in harmony with Dr Gaetano Cavalieri of the World Jewellery Confederation (CIBJO) and Dr KY Amoako (Africa Center for Economic Transformation).
Nice listening.
