Description
In this captivating second episode of our podcast, we delve deeper into the fascinating world of the Terrasses du Larzac AOC. At the foot of the Causse, where the cliffs rise majestically, we discover a world of its own.
‘Terrasses du Larzac’ – two words steeped in profound meaning: the first is geological, referring to the terraces carved out by the River Hérault and its tributary, the Lergue, but also to the vernacular heritage of dry-stone walling that criss-crosses the entire appellation area.
