‘Cuvée Sonore’ is the fourth in a series of podcasts exploring the Terrasses du Larzac Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).

Making wine is a complex process that takes place throughout the year and even over several years. This podcast helps listeners understand not only how wine is made, but also the specific characteristics of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation.

Vincent Goumard (winemaker at Mas Cal Demoura and former President of the appellation’s trade association) explains, in a very accessible way, each stage in the production of a Terrasses du Larzac AOP wine throughout the seasons.
