This is Jill & Charlotte's La Pause Menopause Podcast Channel. Light musings, funny anecdotes & deeper discussions about this crucial and transformative time in out lives as women. We are two English women living in France in our fifties and whilst out walking the dogs (we are neighbours) or running/walking/drinking tea together we have covered some ground. She is a cancer survivor and has faced many life challenges that have encouraged her to be the woman she is today and help others.
